Management of costume studio for all first and second company productions (Typically 5 main stage productions, guest appearances, community outreach, and lecture/ demonstrations); Collaboration with designers and choreographers; creation of in-house designs; supervision and management of permanent and over hire staff and volunteers; creation and management of budgets; management of shoe inventory; facilitation of student productions for pre-professionals, academy, educational and community engagement programs, and the Charlotte Ballet Summer Intensive (Typically 5-6 programs per year, some with as many as 600 costumes); maintenance and management of costume inventory; costume construction- including draping, flat pattern, cutting, crafting, millinery, leather work, jewelery making, and limited exposure to 3-D accessory printing.
